MANIFESTO TO HUMANITY IN THE AGE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

We have entered an age unlike any humanity has ever known.

For the first time in history, humanity is creating intelligence capable of participating in decision-making, accelerating scientific discovery, transforming the economy, education, healthcare, and virtually every sphere of public life.

Artificial Intelligence is becoming a new productive force of civilization.

Yet this unprecedented achievement raises a question that technology alone cannot answer.

Is humanity itself prepared for the power it is creating?

Today, thousands of researchers and engineers are working to ensure the safety of Artificial Intelligence.

Methods are being developed to control advanced systems, reduce risks, regulate their deployment, and align their objectives with human interests.

Yet beneath these efforts lies a deeper challenge.

Even the safest Artificial Intelligence cannot make humanity safe if humanity itself remains divided by its own contradictions.

Conflicts are not created by technology.

They arise from the nature of human consciousness.

Throughout history, humanity has continuously created increasingly powerful tools.

Yet the inner development of the human being has consistently lagged behind the growth of human capabilities.

For this reason, scientific progress has repeatedly become the source of new conflicts.

Today, that gap has reached a critical point.

We are approaching a moment when the intellectual power of civilization is beginning to surpass the level of its collective maturity.

For the first time in history, the development of human consciousness has become the essential condition for the further development of technology.

We propose looking at the present crisis from a different perspective.

The problem is not Artificial Intelligence.

Nor is it any particular nation, ideology, religion, or economic system.

The real challenge is that humanity continues to think primarily as a collection of competing parts, while the problems we face have already become planetary in scale.

The scale of our challenges has changed.

Therefore, the scale of human thinking must change as well.

We believe that the next natural stage in the evolution of civilization is the emergence of a culture of conscious unity.

This does not require abandoning national, cultural, or religious diversity.

True unity does not eliminate differences.

It creates the conditions in which differences become a source of shared development.

Humanity can preserve its rich diversity while learning to act as a single planetary community.

We regard Artificial Intelligence not as a replacement for the human being, but as a historical catalyst for the next stage of human evolution.

Artificial Intelligence can unite knowledge.

Only the human being can determine the purpose for which that knowledge is used.

Artificial Intelligence can accelerate progress.

The direction of that progress, however, is determined by human consciousness.

For this reason, the defining question of the twenty-first century is not:

What will Artificial Intelligence become?

The defining question is:

What kind of humanity do we choose to become?

We believe that the world now needs an open international dialogue bringing together scientists, engineers, philosophers, representatives of different cultures and religions, civil society organizations, and everyone who recognizes a shared responsibility for the future of civilization.

That dialogue should begin with the search for those fundamental principles capable of uniting humanity beyond differences of origin, belief, culture, or worldview.

We invite everyone who shares the conviction that technological progress must be accompanied by the development of the human being to join this common effort.

The future will not be determined solely by what we are capable of creating.

It will be determined by who we are capable of becoming.

For this reason, the greatest challenge of the twenty-first century is not simply the development of Artificial Intelligence.

It is the development of humanity itself.
